Jorge Mata is a real estate broker and advisor with over 18 years of experience across development, acquisitions, and asset management. His background spans single-family homes, multifamily, student housing, retail, and hospitality, giving him a comprehensive understanding of residential real estate from both an ownership and transaction perspective.
Jorge’s experience covers the full real estate life cycle — from site selection and financial analysis to execution, positioning, and sale. This foundation allows him to advise sellers and buyers with clarity around value, risk, and market strategy, particularly for properties with redevelopment or value-add potential.
He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate, with a concentration in finance and investment, from New York University. Jorge is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
